Exchange / Returns Policy

For online orders only, to be eligible for a exchange of sizing, your item/s must be unused, in the same condition you received it, as well as in the original packaging with tags still attached.
We do not offer refunds for the wrong sizing or in general.
We do not exchange/ refund ON SALE items.

The product you wish to exchange with must be in stock to perform an exchange.
Gift cards are non refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
To complete a change of sizing, we require an order no. or receipt from our online store.
Our exchange/return policy is valid for 30 days, if 30 days is exceeded, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
